We offer nutritional counseling as a means of reducing weight, increasing energy, or solving a number of different health issues. During our nutritional counseling sessions, we sit down and discuss the nature of the problem, we analyze your diet and lifestyle choice, as well as your daily routine. We then formulate a treatment plan that works for you.
No treatment plan or diet modification will work if it is not followed. If we recommend a diet or lifestyle change that is too difficult, we will work to find an alternative solution that fits you. Every nutritional counseling session is different, but they will often consist of foods to avoid, foods or food-groups to focus on, and lifestyle modifications. Sometimes the sessions will include recommendations for short-term cleanses, purifications, or detoxifications.
Staying healthy by maintaining a diet of nutrient-dense food is the best way succeed; no amount of supplements will fix a terrible diet. With that said, we often use supplements to encourage a specific effect on the body which it would be impractical to obtain from consuming the food directly or to obtain that result faster than food alone.
